In this blog post, we’ll delve into the delectable world of Tac Mac ‘n’ Cheese, exploring its nutritional benefits, ease of preparation, and the culinary artistry of incorporating chopped arugula.
The Quality Ingredient Ensemble
At the heart of Tac Mac ‘n’ Cheese is a commitment to using only the finest ingredients. We start with grass-fed ground beef, a choice that not only elevates the dish’s flavor but also aligns with ethical and sustainable farming practices. The inclusion of bone broth adds an extra layer of richness and depth, transforming your mac ‘n’ cheese into a truly nourishing meal. But the quality doesn’t stop there. For those who seek gluten-free options, Tac Mac ‘n’ Cheese introduces grain-free noodles from the renowned brand Jovial, ensuring a pasta experience that’s not only kind to your taste buds but also gentle on your digestive system.
Protein Powerhouse
One of the standout features of Tac Mac ‘n’ Cheese is its impressive protein content. Thanks to the inclusion of grass-fed ground beef and bone broth, this dish becomes a veritable protein powerhouse. Protein is an essential nutrient for a variety of bodily functions, including muscle repair and maintenance, and it can help you feel fuller for longer. So, not only does this meal satisfy your cravings, but it also nourishes your body with the building blocks it needs to thrive.
Effortless Elegance
In today’s fast-paced world, finding a dish that’s not only delicious but also quick to prepare is a true gem. Tac Mac ‘n’ Cheese fits perfectly into this category, requiring just 30 minutes from start to finish. Whether you’re whipping up a weeknight dinner or entertaining guests, the ease and efficiency of this recipe make it a top contender for any occasion.
The Vibrant Touch of Arugula
To add an extra layer of flavor, color, and fiber to your Tac Mac ‘n’ Cheese, consider incorporating a sprinkle of chopped arugula. This leafy green not only enhances the visual appeal of the dish but also contributes a peppery, slightly nutty flavor that complements the richness of the cheese and beef. Plus, it’s a great way to sneak in some extra nutrients, as arugula is a good source of vitamins and minerals.
Do I have to use Grain Free Pasta?
No! I use Grain Free pasta to keep it Gluten Free for my preference. You can use regular pasta noodles and it will not change the flavor profile. You can also use a different shape of pasta noodle if you prefer.
Difference Between Using Chicken or Beef Bone Broth?
There is not difference in flavor – you can use either one you prefer. I have not made this recipe with regular broth, but I believe it will still be the same. I suggest bone broth due to the overall health benefits and extra nutrients of it. And, not to the mention, the added protein you get.

Overall Experience
Tac Mac ‘n’ Cheese is more than just a dish; it’s an experience that combines the cherished comfort of mac ‘n’ cheese with a commitment to quality ingredients, high protein content, and gluten-free options. With the use of grass-fed beef, bone broth, and grain-free noodles, this dish delivers a gourmet twist on a beloved classic. The incorporation of chopped arugula adds a burst of freshness and fiber, making it not just a satisfying indulgence but also a well-rounded meal.
So, the next time you’re in the mood for comfort food with a touch of sophistication, consider trying Tac Mac ‘n’ Cheese. With its ease of preparation and the satisfaction of knowing you’re nourishing your body with quality ingredients, it’s sure to become a staple in your culinary repertoire.
