Edible Chickpea Cookie Dough

This Edible Cookie Dough is in high protein, using chickpeas as the source, and is sweetened with date and maple syrup. Most 'healthy' cookie dough recipes you see use Peanut Butter, but this one uses Oat Butter giving it a more sweet and natural flavor. Gluten Free with a Dairy free option!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 dates pitted
  • 1/4 cup milk regular or dairy free, both work
  • 1/4 cup 100% Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Original or Vanilla flavored @oat.haus Oat butter
  • chocolate chips of your choosing

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into a food processor
  • Blend for 60 seconds or until creamy
  • Place into a jar or bowl and pour in chocolate chips. There is no such thing as too many chocolate chips
  • Stir all together and enjoy!
