Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap
You will be fooled that this Chicken Caesar Salad wrap is Gluten free and uses a Dairy Free dressing. High protein, well balanced, and so satisfying - these have been all the rave in NY so I had to recreate it for myself!
Prep Time 12 minutes mins
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
Total Time 27 minutes mins
- 1 lb pack of chicken breast
- 2 heads of lettuce organic (don't forget to wash)
- @primalkitchenfoods dairy free Caesar dressing
- @sietefoods Almond flour tortillas
- 1 handful of croutons of your choosing I chose a GF one
- *Optional Parmesan Cheese
Start by cooking your chicken in a pan; I seasoned mine with just salt, pepper, and a little bit of coconut aminos.
1 lb pack of chicken breast
Once fully cooked, dice the chicken and set aside.
Wash your lettuce and cut into shreds. Add Caesar dressing (however much you prefer) and cover with a lid or bowl. Shake well to mix.

Take the lid off and add your croutons. Give a good toss and now you can begin assembling your wraps. Be sure to warm your tortillas in a microwave a bit to make them easier to fold without tearing. This recipe made 3 wraps for me.
1 handful of croutons of your choosing, @sietefoods Almond flour tortillas
Place your tortillas down and distribute your salad mix evenly.
Add a scoop of chicken to each one. *Optional: Sprinkle on some shredded parmesan. Fold up and place onto a skillet to give a nice crisp on each side (this always makes a wrap taste better in my opinion)!
*Optional Parmesan Cheese
Cut in half and enjoy!
