Burger Nachos
Burger Nachos?! Yes, you heard that right! It is the perfect dinner you didn't know you needed. Topped with my homemade 'in n out' spread; this meal is quick, easy, high protein, and gluten free!

Burger Nachos
- 1 lb pack of ground beef grass fed
- Tortilla Chips I used @sietefoods corn tortilla chips
- Shredded Cheese I used @organicvalley (can sub for DF cheese)
- Diced pickles
- Diced white onion
- Shredded lettuce
'Cleaner and Homemade' In n Out Spread -
- 4 T Greek plain yogurt
- 3 tsp ketchup
- 1 T sweet relish
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350. Cook your ground beef fully, drain the fat, and set aside.
1 lb pack of ground beef
Prepare your Spread sauce by putting all ingredients into a small bowl and stirring until fully combined.
4 T Greek plain yogurt, 3 tsp ketchup, 1 T sweet relish, 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp mustard, Salt, Pepper
On a baking sheet, spread out a thick layer of chips
Tortilla Chips
Top your chips with your choice of shredded cheese and then the ground beef
Shredded Cheese, 1 lb pack of ground beef
Sprinkle on your desired amount of diced onions
Diced white onion
Place into the oven for about 4-5 minutes until the cheese has fully melted
Once the cheese has melted, remove from the oven and begin layering on the rest of your toppings -
Sprinkle on diced pickles, shredded lettuce, and then drizzle over with the homemade sauce.

Feel free to add other delicious burger toppings like jalapeƱos and/or diced tomatoes. Have fun with it and enjoy!
