Breakfast Tostada
Ingredients
- 2 Siete Foods Grain Free Tortillas
- 1 can Siete Foods Refried Beans
- 2 pasture raised eggs
- 1 organic chicken sausage
- 2 spoonfuls sauerkraut
- handful of Arugula
- Truff Sauce – Black Label
Instructions
- First you are going to want to prep your beans, tortillas and arugula. Go ahead and stick your Siete Tortillas in the air fryer at 350 for a couple of minutes until they are crisp (keep an eye on them because it won’t take long.)2 Siete Foods Grain Free Tortillas, 1 can Siete Foods Refried Beans, handful of Arugula
- Chop your Arugula into small pieces as though you are chopping cilantro and throw your beans in the microwave to heat until soft and warm (about 2-3 minutes).
- Now you are ready to assemble: Top each tortilla with a scoop of beans, a pile of arugula, and then I added my eggs/sausage (I cooked 2 scrambled eggs mixed with the chicken sausage diced up).2 pasture raised eggs, 1 organic chicken sausage
